About Dr. Ducharme

Dr. Monika Ducharme is a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and the lead surgeon at West Palm Beach Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Ducharme graduated at the top of her class from the University of Southern California's prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. During her residency at the renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital, affiliated with the University of Miami, Dr. Ducharme was recognized as the Resident of the Year and also received the Outstanding Patient Care Award, nominated by her attending physicians during her pivotal Chief year.

Dr. Ducharme’s parents immigrated to the United States from Czechoslovakia shortly before she was born and raised a family of six children. Being raised in a large family with humble beginnings taught her the importance of hard work and caring for those around her, which is always reflected in her gentle and warm approach to patient care. Nothing makes her happier than making her patients and members of the community feel like family.

Originally from a small town in central California, Dr. Ducharme now resides in West Palm Beach with her husband, Max, their son Jeffrey, and their two cats.
